Case Studies
Hypersonic Weapon Environmental Barrier
MSM designed, tested, fabricated, qualified and delivered multiple elastomeric environmental barrier systems for a hypersonic weapon program. Extremely demanding performance requirements were met by utilizing in-house materials and engineering expertise. Prototypes and testing were expedited to achieve final design within customer’s defined program constraints. MSM immediately transitioned to production unit fabrication and delivery.

MSM has supported a major missile program for over 15 years by supplying multiple sub-assembly installation kits. The bill of materials (BOM) covers a wide array of commercial, MIL-STD and custom components fabricated in-house using advanced materials.
